Our ECD programme provides a Montessori-based classroom setting, where our youngest learners grow through activity, creativity, exploration, play, and joyful learning experiences. From Grades 6 to 10, we offer education through both English and Nepali medium classes, responding to the diverse needs and aspirations of our students and parents. At the Grade 11 and 12 levels, we offer Management, Humanities, Education & Law subject groups, enabling students to pursue their academic interests and build a strong foundation for higher education and future careers.

Recognizing the importance of proper career planning and informed decision-making among students, Adarsha Secondary School has been conducting Career Guidance Classes for Grade 9 students for the past eight years under the ENSURE Project of CTEVT. This important initiative has helped students identify their interests, abilities, strengths, educational opportunities, and possible career pathways at an early stage.
We are also grateful that, for the past three years, this programme has received support from the Bagmati Provincial Government and Local Government Madhypur Thimi Municipality, further strengthening our efforts to provide systematic and effective career guidance to our students. As an important achievement of this initiative, the school has also established a Career Lab, providing students with access to career-related information, guidance, counselling resources, and opportunities to explore different educational and professional pathways.
Through career guidance, counselling, and practical career exploration activities, we aim to empower our students to make informed choices about their future education and careers.
